TONIGHT!
Simon talks about how on earth he plans to ride 4000km in 20 days.
He shows us his bike.
We watch the riding parts of 24 Solo, and marvel.
We giveaway FIVE Karapoti entries. ($75 entry fee...)
We eat, drink (sort-of...) and be merry.
A wet Wellington evening not to be missed

I'll be there - watching the weather to see if I can ride from the city dry, or have to ride home wet and drive back.
So can I give moneys.
What works for the Sifter/Simmon alliance. A link to do it online or handing over dirty $ notes tonight.

Thanks for the query Colin.
Simon will be handing out pledge forms. Also, we'll be accepting cash donations tonight. We can accommodate pretty much anything!!!! It's a great cause, and Simon's story is incredible. The movie is really just our way of saying thanks for the support!

Wow! What an amazing turn out, and comprising a wonderfully generous bunch. Hopefully the entertainment and food hit the spot.
Simon's now got great incentives to keep pedalling, and is now much more able to focus on the riding ahead
Cheers you guys! You rock

I didn't even have firsts!
All those sausage rolls and I had to pass on them...
What a fantastic night though. Great to be there - it just needed swtchbkr and it would have been perfect.

One thing I forgot to mention last night, was that the jam on half the pikelets and scones was given to me by Don MacLeod, and was made with blackberries picked at Makara Peak! Fascinating huh?!
