For the moment. In the process of moving into town though - then my straight-line commute will be all of 4 minutes. Sad

That's one of the reasons that I've always liked inner-suburbs homes. That way we can walk to work and save the car and petrol for gassing ourselves when we get too old

{Posted via mobile.vorb.org.nz} I'm still struggling with the idea that I can't just walk out the door and have a sift through town. I think it would take well over an hour to walk from our current place to Cathedral Square.

Good thing there's heaps of bike lanes & the public transport is freaking awesome ($1.90 bus fare from our place 15-20km to the airport Double Thumbs Up )

Gloat: Sold last Sept 140+ over RV. Buying now for less than RV. With timing like that, I'm not worried if prices to slide a bit and erode some of my gains.

Sod. I bought slightly below RV, sold for marginally more, a lot below RV.
But when you've got to get out, you've got to get out, and now I can buy some land in the provinces and build trails.
