I'd love to come but i'm running the "Muka Muka Munter" the day before and I won't have the 'family credits' for a two day fiasco.

I really only posted this to name drop the hard event i'm doing to try and coax some respect from the forum.

Muka Muka Munter ?, Is that a secret keyword for choosing carpets or fresh linen?

No worries. There are easy 'pike spots' like the route 1 crossing, to shave the Belmont stretch off.

Note they are called 'pike spots'.

I'm down with that mate.

I only ride once a week in order to keep everything good at home. I don't know where the time goes.

It sure is going to be tough finding training time once the races start. I will probably rely on the short lunch runs I do for training and hope they help me out in the mtb races!

summer mornings are you friend, nothing like a 5am start to "head to work" that would give you a 2 - 3 hour training ride. If your lucky you wife won't mind you taking the long way home once a week either, that can be good for a 5 hour training ride.

anyway back on topic.....

Don't forget to bring spare pads, it's been the #1 problem we've encountered on previous mid winter Karapoti's
