{Posted via mobile.vorb.org.nz} Regarding the "how many people ride steel bikes these days" arguement - I would think there are a metric truckload of Chinese who cruise aound on steel framed bikes? I'd love to know the actual percentages, it wouldn't surprise me at all if us aluminium riders were outnumbered. Eh?

Just think about how many Posties ride Cro-mo frames here everyday.

Yeh, I worked with the Reiker cycles guys who make them all and there is a hell of a lot of them

I think that I may have to either keep, or get a custom made steel hardtail made to last me the next 10 years

the govt dosn't need to print money, its all digital, all they need to do is allow banks to lend out a bit more to home loans, and there we go more money.

I look at it this way .... bikes and bike accessories are way overpriced anyways. Bring the importer and dealer margins back to respectable levels and we could all afforda new bike every year or two.
