Don't forget the ride after too Wink

Anyone keen on a nice volume roadie afterwards, bring your roadie and join us. If the wind stays down we'll stay clear of too many hills Smile

Oooooooh

that's not a bad scheme at all....

Bring your roadie Smile

And Cam - I don't have grease, but will bring what I've got that might be useful.

Assuming its a ext BB you can take the crank arms off and then remove the seals, degrease the bearing and repack with grease.

You don't need to even take the cups out of the bb so no tools are requried.

Normally flogs out pretty quickly after this though.

Sad No racing for me. Riding out to the race this morning my freehub decided to suddenly parc out. My wheel wouldn't even spin around at all so had to call the wife to pick me up.
