What are some good training rides in chch?  Im living in northwood and am only new to chch so dont really know my way round. ...

the maps look good, its just I don't want to ride on my own especially in the dark so am looking for some bunch rides to go on. ( i was living in Blenheim and we had a really great group who met tue and thur after work for a ride)

looking for some fairly fast ones, (about the speed af the fast chain reaction bunch or the palms ride) all but the chain reaction one are morning rides and I start work too early to go on them (apart from weekends) anything after 4pm is fine for me.
