Just remember boys, this whole area is open recreational use, owned by the council not the DH riders.
Everyone, DHrs, XC and walkers (and the odd motorbike and 4WD) can expect to come across any of the above at anytime and must be able to react accordingly. The only time you can do your nutter is in a race that is marked off and marshalled.
PS A mix of XC and DH trails have been there a long time, with DH crossing the XC trails. A little signage here and there has helped with blind crossing areas....In most cases we have worked together and got on with using the area together.
... we don't need a new group spoiling what is essentially a good multi use riding area.
