Full face & body armor compulsory?

If not then you will need it anyway. Which bike will you take?
either the Slacker once I get a 20mm fork casting fitted to it, or the Fxr with a few beefed up components.

You don't need armour just don't crash. It's not like it's anything tech, only stairs...

That's crazy, I'm definitely going to be up there to watch this!

Just spoke with an organiser and there's a course map up on the website next week - she's e-mailing me some info then too, so I'll drop that here when I get it.

Anyone want a free 'cheerer' for props on the course?

I'm doing the spectating thing too... with a camera stuck in front of my face.

I don't think a ful-face will be compulsory, but if you intend on crashing, then it would be advisable. Tongue it

Check out the course map for the day, looks like an uphill slog from managment back up over the hill - but mean course! 3 runs of that will be magic!

What do we think of the course???

Well, it's down hill fom the start thru to the management car park, then uphill back up over the road to the law school then down nearly all the way (a few flats small ups..) to the Oranga, a bit of a small climb up past K-S-A blocks and finally a bit of a lump behind the library... But all looks pretty great.

Apparently 2km

wicked, so what are the 'ramps' ? big kickers or small ones for entertainment purposes?

No idea... Just thinking, the spots where they've got the ramps are pretty small, like stairs-ramp-stairs outside S block, that gap's pretty small....

Hmmmmm

There maybe an Intense entry. Somebody has to come last.

It doesnt say what time it starts or how much, its all about the road race.

And as Mr Bob has asked what armour is needed.

Get onto the organisers - they're totally stoaked to answer questions and stuff.

Only thing in the online entry "helmet and bike checks"...
