Isn't there going to be some dirt dumped there some time, to help make the bmx track and hopefully some jumps? Or is that just all rumors?

If you would like to ride at Casey's you have to contact him to ask first. The jumps are on private land (our home) and we appreciate knowing who is on the property.

I'm sure we're not the only ones around here who don't like people playing in in our backyard without a courtesy call first.

This map shows the fun park that has developed around the bike park. There are more trails than shown, mainly on the left side of the map. Two new fast drops from the hill behind are finished, but both need skill. The trails are formed by club active members whole number about four with PD help. Cash for walls and bridges is hard to get. There is about 7 km of trail from novice to experienced. The trails are not a destination but rather fun for visitors and locals. The jumps in the BMX area are part built and funding to finish stage one is currently in progress. It will take off from a container over 3 jumps, an bermed wall and again 3 jumps. A second take off hill at the end is planned being for faster return but a few months off yet. TCDC lease the land to the club, but park use is free thanks to some sponsors. DOC approved a previous site but TCDC rejected it for MTB use!!
Trails are currently dry, but bike wash is on site if needed. As is a donations box!

very muddy(none of the tracks get much sunlight durring winter), I went for a quick ride there last weekend, the board rides were real fun (there's even piles of dirt at the end of the board rides now so xc rides can do the w/o worrying about munting rims Double Thumbs Up )

the rest of the tracks were good fun (would have been better if it was dry) with a couple of steep tracks down the side of the hill that would be suitable-ish for dh
