NATIONAL CHAMPS FEB 2008 – MEETING WEDNESDAY 10th OCT

The Wellington MTB Club has committed to running a round of next years Downhill and Dual Slalom National Champs on the Weekend of Feb 22/23/24.

This Wednesday night we will be meeting at Crankworks at 6pm to continue discussions on how the event will be run and start to divide up tasks.

In order to make this event a success we need all the help we can get
from not just club members but parents and anyone that wants to help make an event of this size successful.

At this stage we need help for organising tasks like marketing, sponsorship ,, organising marshal's, organising first aid, transport and numerous other tasks that will crop up between now and February.

Later on we will be asking for help with easier tasks like on-the-day
track marshalling, driving trucks, parking marshals, etc but it would be helpful if people could register their help sooner than later if possible.
