The next shuttle day will be held at Long Gully on Sunday 1st of October
between 10am - 2pm. 2006
Only CURRENT club members are entitled to attend. . Please don�t post your membership form and subs to the club
after today to enable us to have an updated membership list available on
the day.
You are not required to pre register. Just turn up on the day.
ACCESS
The landowner has requested traffic not use his driveway. He is
particularly concerned about 2WD traffic, which is not permitted at any
time. Please park at the turbine if possible and ride down or if
absolutely necessary park at the intersection with the sealed
road/driveway. Transport will be available from the intersection to the
top of the track until 10:30.
DO NOT DRIVE DOWN THE DRIVE OR PARK NEAR THE TOP OF THE TRACK.
We need all the room at the top to manoeuvre trucks and trailers.
COST
Please bring $10 and pay on the day. Membership subs are $15 if not
already paid.
CANCELLATION
In the event of bad weather cancellation will be broadcast on Newstalk ZB
(1035).

A sausage sizzle and drinks be available at $1 each.
HELP REQUIRED
We are looking for another couple of people to help on the day. in the
past we have been a little stretched for help if someone gets injured.
We are looking for someone to help with driving, sausage sizzle and
someone else with first aid skills or even a doctor.
