1) That my new helmet, and bike are all dirty from actually being used for the first time since feb today
2) Writing up patient case histories. + the patient I used for this one bummed me out a bit. reminder that even if you're a real nice guy and young a seemingly innocent presentation can have us searching you head to toe trying to find the big C

I hate all this Tony Veitch parc. I am so gnikcuf sick of that guy. I hated him to begin with, and even though he's now getting mauled by every other media personality ever I am sick of it. I know the story, and I have seen stock photographs of Tony Veitchs' annoying uglyass mug before. Stop writing new "news" articles about it PLEASE you elohssas. Cos I just don't gnikcuf well give a tihs.
Tell us when he's in court, or when he goes to jail, or when he's in jail and he ironically gets the tihs kicked out of him on his cell floor by his "prison husband". Otherwise STFU elohssas.
