But it's not necessarily always going to be that way - if you shift the URL that the pictures are at, are you going to trawl through all your posts and fix the image tags?
Upload to your Vorb gallery, then link . Or provide a URL to the picture you want to link to without using the [img][/img] tags so those who want to check it out can click on the URL.

The best thing to do is to attach the image by using Add an Attachment - the Vorb server is big enough to handle photo uploads, and that way whatever photo you're using will still be with the post for ever and ever.

the img tags are so you can reference photos from Vorb galleries within a post. You can also attach pictures as suggested above, or load pictures into a gallery (ie: heres my pictures from the weekends race) and provide a link to the gallery. Gallery pictures can be searched and sorted and are easier to find 6 months down the track, so if you have a lot of pictures to put onto a thread perhaps that is the way to go.

then perhaps he needs to put a wee lil popup or something in the IMG tag thing that tells you this, or else all you wranglers are going to have to keep doing it. you;ll get sick and tired of it, then you'll start to develop mentall issues. You'll go onto meds, the meds won't work so they give you even stronger meds which when you remember to take them work really well but they leave you so zonked out that sometimes you forget to take them compounding your mental problems making them even more severe and causing you to believe that you don't need the meds so you start to walk around with a knife only the knife does't make you feel safe so you get a handgun which you like so much you get a rifle which gives way to a semi automatic rilfe with s sniper scope which you like to hang out in tall towers with which is never a good idea cos by know your severe mental problem has become a full blown psycotic breakdown leaving you with a messiah complex and feelings of rage towards people who post pics with IMG tags when they shoud have used attachments so much so that you go hang out in your favourite tower with your knife and handgun an rifle and rifle with a sniper scope and pretty soon you;ll start taking potshotz at people that you think have posted pics on VORB with IMG tags when they shoud have used attachments and this is not good cos shooting at people from towers only have one end and thats death noramlly by your hand and seeing as you've used all your bullets on shooting people who you think post pics on VORB with img tags instead of using attachments you will ahve to use your knife which unfortunatly isn't sharp cos of your messiah complex you believed that you could think the knife sharp so it's takes a lot of hacking and sawing to open up a big enuff wound for your lifes blood to seep out of, and all of that coulda been avoided so easiily
