To upgrade, or 'pmip' my airline seats I like to take a small stick-on air freshner, a nodding Elvis, a 2" mirrorball and a crochet throw to place oveer my knees.

Whitcoulls + $5 pot of fabric ink (or two if you need to blend for colour match) + paint brush + heatset with iron and a bit of paper = sortered.

By my reckoning we should be seeing a 12% price increase for comparible 08/09 models - and seems roughly true of the giants, going by rrp on the NZ site.
