And blue. And the website says two more colours for '09. My guess is white and pink.

Wachy, durability seems to be fine, according to the other reports here. When I tried to twist the grips, they didn't get scuffed up at all. Rubber grips would have been scuffed up from my gloves cutting into them. These are tough! In all honesty, if I report back in 2 months, I will probably have less than20 hrs riding time on them. Ten karapoti's is a pretty good indication of durability and other people that have used them rate them.

Cool, I did not see that post re Karapoti. I've got a set of Ruffians that are on the way out, will perhaps give some of these a try.

Only negative is if you give grips a hard time. They'll tear if you put them down on rocks or in to sharp stuff.

The only thing that seems to shorten their life is getting cut, like would happen if you crashed ,otherwise they seem like a cool light weight product, that seems to last, I'll stay wth my ODI's, but the esi-grips do look like a good product

I don't crash very often as I'm usually riding too slow to crash, should be all gangsta

60g. Thats less than half a ODI and lighter than most other non lockons.

Unless you want to rock the foams there ain't much lighter.

I've been using cut down pork rinds for the last month or so. On shiny bars (Carbon) they're great, tighter than a nun's. On alloy bars they're full on moto steelo, even with hairspray. Still, at 14g I can live with that.

I just don't see how anyone can sacrifice control for that tiny bit of weight saving. The time you lose when you crash cuz of your grip going all moto steez is gonna be far more than the miniscule time you gain from lighter grips of all things

crazy xcfagz, with their seats higher than their bars and all that nonsense
