Im sure most people in wellington have heard that hadley boyce has taken the lead and chucked himself head first into the the re-development of the Karori bmx track into a mountain bike skills and dirt jump park.

Haddles and his mates have been working hard during the winter months but they could really do with some help.
it hasnt been the greatest winter to take on a project like this but they have still battled on knowing its gonna be an awsome place to ride when its finished.

We reckon alot of welly riders will get the benifit of these guys hard work and would really appreciate if more people could lend them a hand. even if you have an hour spare you can make a differance

come along this Saturday or any Saturday and help this park be something spectacular.

digging will start at 9am and the wellington mountain bike club will put on free drinks and sausages.

Will be there after Ive finished digging at makara.

Some of the jumps look..erm...large to say the least.

yea defiantly too large for my liking, but there are a number of jumps going in for people that want to learn ,thats pretty much what im keen get people to help with.

I remember reading over on BITD bmx they were going to get the BMX club going again?
