Cycling Ftness While Travelling

Postby Derryn Hinch on Fri 25/Oct/13 6:18pm

Any tips for keeping bike fit while away?

I'm working 3 weeks on / off for the next few months. While away I can run, play badminton and have access to a gym (with only a crap stationary bike), but gyms shit me to tears

I travel a bit for work, running shoes is my preferred option.

What about a breakaway bike?
Nothing like an excuse to buy something new and exciting.

There are no roads where I work. Plenty of MTB potential but bombs & armed locals add a certain frisson that the company prefers I avoid. Risk is actually very low, but OH&S gets in the way.

Download some Sufferfest vids to make the stationary bike a little more interesting?
