I've been in Christchurch now for 6 months and met up with a few regular riding "peeps"- but now that the weather has got a little more chilly- people are finding it hard to make it

Does the Canterbury club have regular weeknight rides as well as weekend rides? I'm out at Bottle lake and Mcleans twice during the week and the Hills (weather permitting) at the weekend.

I'd be interested in joining up with people who ride week nights and at the weekend.

dont know about club nights but on the next few mondays there is a rapaki hill climb tim trial starts at 3.30 and goes on from there not that late though cos of how dark it gets at this time of year

I'm guessing that not too many club members are reading the forums posts these days?

There are a few of us that ride Rapaki at night. But we've been concentrating on the Night racing at Bottle Lake, of late.

Nothing organised by the club.. just a few members out for a ride...
