Down hill track is gone at the bottom due to the logging, as pics in other posting !. I Haven't been up the hill for awhile so don't known if the top has been affected at this stage, but it will be...
To Albeer,
The park or the down hill ?? Mt Dick , end of Dalefield Rd, Carterton .
The down hill trail comes off the Mt Dick access road, it is a bit hard to find. About half way up you come to a sattle in the road, to the right a small track heads up hill, this is only about 20 metres long and the trail starts at the end dropping down though the trees. simple :)
The Park ? same place. We have started to build it this year so we don't have much at this stage. Still working on the first trail - 2 loops totaling around 1.8 km's . the outter loop of 800m's is close to complete and the inner has still got got a bit to be dug out before we groom that for riding and add some bridges etc.
