Not that I think the Nation cares but twas 4.17.

Hayden Godfrey being the quiet and shy type and not wanting to say anything himself just causually wanted me to mention THAT WAS THE LAMEST POINTS RACE HE HAS EVER RIDDEN. But god to see long time Vorber Sam Horgan (Motobouy) come away with a well deserved win. Everything else was hoovered up with consumate ease by the World Champion. Pity there is no Omnium to see him race in his Rainbow Jersey!

In the U19s the Rascals split the proceedings between Michael Vink (Points) and Josh Atkins (Scratch) but kudos to Dillon Bennet with a Gutsy ride to take a Bronze medal in the Points Race.

Penny Day continued her comeback with wins in the Women's Scratch Race, Keirin and Points Race. Liz Steel completed a full sweep of the U19 womens events. Liz's younger sister Victoria won the U17 girls 450m and Brooke Williams prevented a clean sweep in the Points Race.

Alex Frame continued his run of success in the Boys Points but was relegated from first in the 450m giving Jacob Junghans the win.

yeah should have combined to two grades i reckon, for points in the men etc, but mind you, i was yelling like hell to support the hokitika guy when he was taking it to the junior boys on his 200 buck bike with spoke wheels and rolled a few of them hahah, that was excellent.

Penny was the clear winner in womens points. The U19s were a seperate race so she was still taking points when the split occured.

Yeah, Dillon was on fire. A first year like Josh and a NZ U17 rep so expect big things on the road. Living up to the traditions established by Hash and Jetski!
