I have no real idea of the details except I had thought those 2 used longer 29er rigid forks (around 470mm?) whereas the Ragley is designed for 26er rigid forks (around 440mm) with a 29 wheel squeezed in to get the front end lower.
I would not pretend to be any sort of expert on it all but the concept sounds interesting as I have never liked high handlebar positions.

i an't no pro but the "non suspension corrected fork" is usually 440mm. that is what the kiss 29er and many others have.
it seems to be a big marketing speal about nothing.

Looking at the Avanti it looks like you are right. I had always assumed that rigid 29ers used longer forks.

I'm building a 29er with a 440mm long non-suspension corrected rigid fork today, as it just so happens.

Anthem 29er would do the business for me. The XTC is OK, but damn I would love a couple inches rear suspension to ease the ripples.

Got my frame back from Jeff this week W00T! www.jeffson.co.nz

Picked up a fork at a great price from bike vegas www.bikevegas.co.nz

Dropped in Auckland yesterday to be blasted / painted

need a few more bits and pieces, but mostly just a set of wheels and the bike should be ready to roll in the next few weeks

I think that has more to do with providing a miniature model for press use. Since when has a race bike looked like it's setup for DH? Bars are far too high. Bring out the negative rise stems
