given your downhill running abilities I'd highly recommend the Avalanche Peak Challenge (and we'll get a camera crew somewhere down the scree slope to film the carnage). :satan:

good effort on the run - sub 1hr is good for most runners - let alone someone who hasn't done any running in a year! :thumbsup:
