Wyndham Takeaways..... I asked for a steakburger and chups, the lady said 'do you want 50 cents chups or 1 dollar chups?' I thought I had better go for the dollars worth cos I come from Queenstown where we get ripped off. I ended up getting enough chups to supply an African village with nutrition for a week! I couldn't even scoff half of them. This was 2 or 3 years back though.

Alicetown Fush and Chup shop is my favourite. pity we moved away. He was Greek - and you can't beat a Greek fush and chup shop. Beats a chinky one hands down. (sorry, no offence to chinkys)

What part of town are you in? My local use to be on the corner of college and botanical and did good cheap burgers and decent sized and priced scoops of chips. The one further up botanical by pioneer highway was always pretty good too, can't remember it's name though.
