Round 1/5 Makara Peak Karori 29th August. Sign in at Karori West Normal School, Allington Rd, Karori from 8:30am, starts from 10am. 15 separate grades including Recreation, bicycle Enduro, Under 13 right up to Master 50+ and Elite. 1-2 hours duration. According to the spam Marco sent out this morning there is a pre ride on sunday at 9:00 in the morning (not the evening) meeting at Karori West School.

I won't be there, at least not racing anyway. Theres not a huge amount of point until I can race without excrutiating back pain

i think he needs the full online treatment. in that vein, i do believe it is because he needs a haircut... the mullet keeps his weight off centre, which puts undue pressure on his lower back when unleashing the power.

Nothing to do with the bike technique, his back is sore from all the sweet lovin
