4x2 then?

No. That's a 2 wheel-drive car ain't it?

Which is kinda stupid, a moto isn't 2x2.

The building industry does.

So for fishing and internet dating does one use nominal or actual inches? Just curious, I don't do either.

Apparently because engineers have been working in imperial since befor NZ was populated /created the standards in imperial work are very much higher.

WTF?

England had engineers before America did but they've managed to go metric.
Also, you realise that NZ used to be imperial too right?

Amuricans are a pack of contrarian tards, they believe exceptionalism means disagreeing with everyone for the sake of it.

Wasn't a billion dollar space probe lost because Houston worked in imperial and cape Kennedy worked in metric?

My bike is a trash heap/elephants grave yard of different standards (and proud of it!)

Oh yah!

That would be the same building industry who 'invented' the monoclad home and borrowed shell companies from dodgy used car salesmen (and equally dodgy lawyers)? how's that working out out for us all?

No not that one. It's the building industry that creates infrastructure and allows people to have colossal amounts of first world problems.
