Now they've started crashing the things while the safety car is out on the circuit.

Red bull looking the class as usual....

Will take time to fix.

Will be interesting to see how successful any fix is.

They could clean up the outside of the track and move the apex in past the screwed bit...?

Comments from Canto are bang on - drive to the conditions. Agree with Colin that any fix will be back to this again by lap 161, so no matter what there will need to be a change in approach to the corner by the drivers.

No signs of rain yet?

What the hell will the Folden fans argue about if a Volvo wins?

Big clusterfuck.

Whoever laid that tarmac's feeling pretty stink as right now

I don't get why the brooms couldn't come out under the safety car & make a new racing line around the shitty bit?

Second fastest corner of the circuit... there's no way they couldn't stop it. If that quick fix resin breaks up I don't think this race will go the distance.

Plenty o' carnage since the restart though!!

Just gets worse and worse, Whincup does it to himself, HRT bollocks it up by playing with the car during the suspension of the race, Jnr Johnson chucks it in the wall. The Gis and Scotty in the Volvo looking pretty good now....

Gotta hope for the Gis being able to hold it together.

No way some five-minute Aryldite is going to hold a race track together for another 100 laps - that's like 2,000 sets of like two tonne racecars with smoking hot tyres gotta go over there. They might have to red flag this one :(

What would actually be cool is one of the cars held together with race tape to make it for the win, shades of Volvo at Nissan Mobil 500 many moons ago.

Edit. Won't be car 16.......
