My god, 1991 :0 That does make me feel old. I'm tied up in the same 2 horse race, the DTM. Its always better if there are others fighting it out. They are fast Taxis too. :paranoid:

It would be nice if they had a V8 Subaru/Mitsi/Toyota to spice things up.

I will watch the start for 1/2 an hour and the finish 1/2 hour and wait for the news for the bits in between.
Give me Nascar over Supercar.

Last weeks action from Talledega was mighty compelling huh Dave !! Nose to tail trains, 2 or 3 wide, 194mph, bumpin and pushin and wreckin, and yellow lining ... FTW. Was the rookie pushed, or did he dive ?? Almost as much controversy as F1 !!

I have been for a ride in a Holden racing team modified SS commodore around the track at the Holden performance driving center on the gold coast!
The cornering on one of those with track tires and race suspension and with a professional driver behind the wheel is mind boggling!

I concur that 250 karts are fun. But to me race cars are modified production cars. I have raced both types and always prefered tin tops.

I hear what your saying but I guess we are talking track racing here.

But if was to get back into Motorsport it would be in a Sprint car.
