PNP Club Social, BBQ & Prizegiving & Annual Meeting - Sunday 11 May

The Port Nicholson Poneke Cycle Club end of season social/prizegiving and AGM will be held on Sunday 11 May from 4.30pm.

First up will be the clubs Annual Meeting, which we encourage all club members to come along to. It will be reasonably short. The meeting will update members club developments, welcome suggestions from members for new events, changes at the club, or other items, take nominations for the new committee for the coming year (including a new President), and report on how the club is doing financially.

As a member you should come along, if only to show support of the enormous efforts the committee has made to bring you so much racing over the last year.

The club is in great shape, but new faces and ideas are what keeps the calendar fresh, and so the committee and the road, mtb & track groups always welcome your thoughts. Please don't leave it to same hard working guys each year. how about considering helping out on one of the sub committees?

We are particularly keen to get some extra help with womens cycling, so if you have an interest in this area and would like to help get more bums on bikes we would love to see you !

Following the AGM will be the bbq and prizegiving, which like last year, will be catered for by SpitFire Catering so come along and have a great time. Tickets are just $15 with partners welcome.
