NutriFit is delivering a series of Introduction to Exercise Nutrition Workshops in 2008 that will help you:

Learn the benefits of adopting 5 simple and powerful eating strategies for enhancing your own (and your clients) body composition, health and athletic performance.
Raise your nutrition standards.
Develop an eating plan for your chosen sport or activity.
Understand the latest scientific findings on exercise nutrition.
Choose the right supplements to enhance your health and exercise capacity.
Become more powerful in the area of food shopping.

 
More specifically, each workshop will cover the following topics:

The NutriFit 5 eating strategies.
Baseline nutrition for endurance and resistance training – macronutrients and fluids.
The three phases of exercise nutrition for endurance and resistance training - energy, anabolic and recovery
Dietary supplements and nutritional ergogenic aids.
The two important stages of food shopping for nutrition success.
