This is soooo true. I know at least one lady who absolutely HATES being followed by guys. She just feels pressured by knowing there is someone there who she feels like she is slowing down, even when it has been discussed that I really don't care how fast/slow we ride. Also keep my trap well shut, and stay a decent distance back from her wheel. I guess I just don't have the way with the lay-deeeeeez that gn.buys does.

The breaking news comes from a a very reliable source, thanks to a "roaming reporter" who at a Roadie BBQ recently, was asked if anyone new this Geoff Buysmen fellow. Story goes Geoff had started telling said Roadie guy (while riding along at the Memorial ride for the 3 Morrinville people who were killed last year) the following :

It is how long I've been in NZ. Feels a lot longer.

I might celebrate by having a lunch at Aldred Mansions.

We can't afford to cater for everyone though, so we might have to make it a Buysman.
