Yeah it is,the white one had heavy duty springs in the back aswell so didn't help.its quieter, smoother, has better seats and the coils in the back help the ride alot I think.
Its low-ish
it was lowered when I acquired it so not sure how much its been lowered, maybe 3 inchs max I would say at a guess.
