26er For Rding, 29er For Posing.

Postby Henry Dorset Case on Tue 7/May/13 4:01pm

Is that about right? The only purpose of a 29 inch wheel is to make roadie fags feel comfy and so they dont complain too much about the dirty mud when they go to get a latte or whatever the fuck they do.

Its just that I have been looking for a new mtb and they all have stupid fucking wagon wheels. A man with a 28 inch inseam has no use for a bike with 29 inch wheels.

So, share your experiences: you ride a 29er because you got sucked into the bullshit hype, you like heavy buckly wheels and wheelbase of a Kenworth and dislike dirt and offroad riding, yes? You feel betrayed like when you were an altar boy and the priest put his hand on your wee wee? (Of course by priest I mean Mr Specialized, and by wee wee I mean wallet).

What the hell man?

Was looking to replace my 26 hardtail but could only find 29rs, which I didn't want, until I stumbled across a 2012 BMC Team Elite in Captial Cycles at a HUGE discount, result!! :)

the fact remains though that 29ers are the Westboro Baptist Church of the pushbike world, they are functionally worse in every important respect, and the only reason they have any traction (see what I did there) in the market is gullible, overly trusting souls such as yourself have been inveigled into purchasing them? You know I'm right.

Q Whats the stupidest thing in the world.

A: A 29er rider in skinny jeans sipping a soy moccha latte, rocking a beard and glasses with plain glass, and clipless pedals.

DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH.

Mountain Cycle San Andreas had 24 inch wheels. THAT is the motherfucking future, right there. From 1988, yo

and they are still going.
