While I was stoked that Nicole Anderson got out and attacked in the road stages I see that the last stage was a real crash fest with Canterbury riders Aimee Burns and Julia Grant being carted off with broken collarbones. Hope everyone starting Vineyards tomorrow has a safe race.

I have to confess it was me who ate the pies. I have more fat in my thighs than Hayden Godfrey has for a sum of 8 skinfolds.
