I'm very interested in coming up and having a watch of the proceedings.

Can anyone advise best time to come up a and grab a good vantage point.....and where such a point may lie?

Racing starts at one, best point to probs watch is right at the top from the start and you could just walk down and have a look. Drive right up to top car park then go through the gate hang a hard right and follow the track round there, will be hard to miss lots of people n stuff.

I'd advise against parking in the top carpark though...it's the shuttle turn-around.

Park at Victoria Park (near the info centre) and walk up from there (what's a little extra exercise? :sneaky:

)

Hmmmm - as long as there's a way up that's not the same as their way down!!! :crazy:

EDIT: Parked in Vic Park carpark and walked thruogh from jump area to mid course point.
Saw a good few runs - Madness those people on hardtails - fair play!

Then grabbed some food at the Takahae....gone downhill just as much as those hartailers in my opinion - Shame :angry:
