Why not a reality show? Afterall the People's Champion transcends all else. Le Tour is merely a distraction in comparison to the greatness of Hulkamania.

No... Gesink is targeting the Vuelta.

I'd say that after his uphill TT win last night in the Tour of Switzerland, 22 year old Roman Kreuziger becomes very firmly into the white jersey frame for the Tour.

Kreuziger starting the tour but only riding the first 10 days for experience...but plenty of good young talent about to make the white jersey race interesting.

This year, I think it is the weakest GC ever. Evans & Valverde are favourites by default. Honestly, if Armstrong was still riding, he would win

No Contador, Leipheimer or Kloden - team not invited
No Basso, Ullrich, Vino, Landis, Rassmussen - drugs
Sastre, Simoni, Salvodelli, Menchov, Moreau all getting old, and never had a chance in the Armstrong/Ullrich era anyway

Outsiders are then: Schleck, Cuengo, & some Spanish no name, who has got around drug control
