Ryancrawcour (last years excuse)
I was out riding at Makara Peak on Thursday evening when an unexpected encounter with the gravel on one of the nasty Starfish corners claimed my right collarbone. So now instead of being able to ride happily with you lot next weekend I get to walk around with my arm in a sling! *cries*

Next year for sure!

Hope you're keeping that last 4 words. Mr Bob and I might need some where to stay back in Welli :)

Super woot! Just checked my calender - I'm free that w/e which can only mean one thing. Smoke me a kipper I'm coming along for the ride. Looking forward to trying out my new body parts 'super roadie' legs and 'girlie downhill' soft collar bone!

It's happening - I'm organising it

Just nailing down the prices and then I will get in touch with everyone who's posted on this thread with the details.

OK, I've almost got the pricing nailed down:

$65 Furneaux Lodge - accomodation
$35 Furneaux Lodge - BBQ (Saturday Night)
$70 Endeavour Express water taxi

I'm waiting to hear back from Atlantis for the price of accommodation for Friday night. I'm guessing it'll be around $20 - so $190 all up - that covers accommodation Friday and Saturday night, water transport and an all you can eat BBQ buffet at Furneaux on Saturday night.

I would if I wasn't doing Taupo, but me and Shmoodiver are gonna be in Nelson the weekend of the 7th/8th Nov and would love to catch up with you for a drink at some point Tama :D And any riding suggestions for the area would be much appreciated... we likes the single track!
